When I was released as bishop I took on Ironman. Did St. George and Canada (Sunday) in 2010. I never trained on Sunday but did 2 Sunday races (IM Canada, Vancouver Half). They ended up being my best races but I would just prefer Saturday races. I live in Vancouver where it is nearly impossible to find any Saturday races of any kind.
